Annual Conference

Each year WACRAO hosts an annual conference where admissions, registrar, and other professionals gather to discuss hot topics within higher education. This conference includes amazing opening and closing sessions for all attendees, as well as several breakout sessions and roundtables that pertain to specific audiences and areas of interest. This conference is an opportunity to gather together, discuss, and engage in the ever-changing landscape. Everyone at their own institutions faces their own unique challenges, and by attending this annual meeting we can gather together to brainstorm and help one another work towards solutions.

    • Early-bird (Opens in August and closes a month before the meeting)

      • Thursday Only, Member: $190.00

    • Regular (Opens a month before the meeting and closes the day the meeting starts)

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Registration cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received 15–29 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than 15 days before the conference or for no-shows.

    Registrant substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event by contacting the conference organizer.

    Hotel accommodations and all other travel-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant. The organization is not responsible for penalties, fees, or losses associated with travel or lodging arrangements due to cancellation or schedule changes
