Guests must secure their individual room with a credit card.
To avoid paying taxes, guests must provide a tax-exempt letter upon check-in.
If the reservation is held with a credit card under a different person’s name, contact the hotel ahead of time to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form in advance or the guest will be required to pay for the room with a card issued under their own name.

Parking charges follow a prevailing rate at the time of the reservation. The current charge for overnight guests is $18 per night. Additionally, there is a parking ramp across the street from the hotel. Please contact the hotel for further details.
All reservations cancelled after 4:00pm CST, 24 hours prior to arrival, and all No Shows, will be charged for one night room + taxes.
